Stayed in a charming traditional Thai house with a cozy and comfortable bed. the resort had a serene atmosphere with beautiful gardens and a stunning pool. the staff was helpful and provided excellent service. Also enjoyed the daily cleaning and delicious breakfast.
The location was a bit isolated, with a distance of about 20 minutes from downtown. there were no cooking facilities or restaurants on site, making dining a bit of a hassle.

Christmas time was great but over-crowded at this hotel. The best aspects were the free bicycles and beautiful gardens, though the poorly lit paths posed a hazard. The staff was helpful and cooperative with shuttle service provided to some nearby attractions.
Dead wildlife, broken plumbing, and excessively noisy surroundings were the worst aspects of staying at this hotel during Christmas season. The remote location made it difficult to navigate, and the absence of easy access to dining options was frustrating.
